Class A Motorhome Site Amenities:

- 289 full service Class A only Motorcoach Sites
- Fully Landscaped Sites, each customized by the owner, with automatic sprinkler systems, and maintained by Pelican Lake
- Privacy plantings between sites
- Site dimensions are approximately 55-feet wide by 90-120 feet deep
- Full-service sites include 50 Amp electric, water, sewer
- Free Wi-Fi available on every site

Resort Amenities:
- Extensive activities and major events, mostly between December and April

The Fine Print:
- The monthly rate is based on a 30 day stay on the same site.
- We will add 12% tax (7% sales & 5% tourist) for rentals under 6 months. Rentals of more than six months pay no tax.
- Deposit policy: 25% deposit is due on all reservations at the time the reservation is made.
- Rates subject to change before the deposit.
- Final balance is charged to the payment method on file fourteen (14) days prior to rental commencement.
- We do our best to accommodate your preferred site, but it cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellation policy – We hope you don’t cancel, but here are the rules if you need to.
- Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to rental commencement in order to receive a deposit refund.
- Deposit refund policy – 50% of the 25% deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least fourteen (14) days prior to rental commencement.
- No refunds will be given on cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the rental commencement date.
- No refunds will be given once the stay commences.
- Check in is permited between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
- Check out is required by 10:00am.
- Extended rental stays may be discounted (monthly, 6 month etc.). Please contact the rental office directly for extended stay rentals.
