Our secure, gated community covers 102 luxurious green acres of land with large, private, individually owned lots surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, bright tropical flowers and towering palm trees. With both on lake and off lake lots, our sites encircle a 35 acre, stocked private lake featuring soaring fountains that light up the night sky. Pelican Lake is ideally situated minutes from the white sandy beaches and warm tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Naples and nearby picturesque Marco Island. Our winter temperatures are in the high 70's to low 80’s, perfect for a quick drive to championship golf courses, a driving range, fine restaurants, theaters, and upscale shopping locales.
