A- The resort, located in Naples Florida, sits on approximately 102 acres with a 30 acre stocked scenic lake at its center. Wide paved roads provide easy access to landscaped sites approximately 55 ft. wide by 90 – 120 ft. deep. With 289 sites, we offer both lakefront and off lake lots.
Q- What are the motorcoach requirements?
A- Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort™ is designed for Class A Motorcoaches 33 feet and longer. Guest coaches greater than 10 years old shall be inspected for suitability to occupy sites. If you have any questions about the condition of your coach, please contact our guest services at the number provided at the top of the page before making a reservation.
Q- How do I enter Pelican Lake™?
A- Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort is a private, gated community. Gate access is available through the callbox, use of a barcode, and/or a remote clicker year-round. During high season (Dec 1 - Apr 30) the gatehouse is staffed seven (7) days a week. Passes are available for Vendors (service, housekeeper, pest control, etc.), guests, and Construction vehicles.
Q- What onsite amenities are offered?
A- Resort-style pool and hot tub, patio with grill and bar area, tiki hut, pickleball, fitness center, clubhouse, catering kitchen, library, hospitality and concierge service, on-site rental and sales office plus over 2 miles of well-lit sidewalks for walking or biking.
Q- How far are the beaches from Pelican Lake™?
A- With Marco Island to our south and Naples to our north, the warm waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few miles from Pelican Lake™. Please visit our concierge in the main office for additional information on local beaches.
Q- What other local attractions are close by?
A- From hiking and biking, fishing and boating, to shopping and dining, museums and galleries – our area boasts just about anything you could ask for. We will be happy to give you additional information – just visit our hospitality and concierge service in the Pelican Lake™ office.
Q- Does Pelican Lake™ offer cable or internet services?
A- The resort offers complimentary WIFI at each site. A WIFI modem/router will be provided and if necessary, during office hours, the office staff can help you set it up. A deposit of $150 will be required for the modem/router that will be returned when you return the modem/router that was provided to you at check-in. Please see the renter welcome packet for additional information.
Q- Does Pelican Lake™ offer any discounts?
A- Extended rental stays may be discounted (monthly, 6 month etc.). Please contact the rental office directly for extended stay rentals.
Q- Does Pelican Lake™ allow pets?
A- The resort is very pet friendly. Some lots in the rental program do not allow pets on their site. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per lot (if allowed by the owner). Pets must be on a physical leash and under control at all times outside of the RV. Waste disposal stations are located throughout the resort. Owners must pick up after their pets. Pets are not allow in the clubhouse, pool, Tiki Hut, pickle ball courts or any recreational area at any time.
Q- How do I receive mail at Pelican Lake™?
A- We have a mail kiosk with secured mailboxes and an outgoing mail slot available for all owners and long term guests. If more convenient, mail may also be picked up in the slots near the laundry area next to the management office. In season packages will be held at the guardhouse or in the management office off-season.
Q- What time is Check In at Pelican Lake™?
A- Check in is between 2:00pm - 5:00pm. We will contact you prior to your arrival to request your estimated time of arrival.
Q- What time is Check Out at Pelican Lake™?
A- Check out is 10:00am
