The coach house is available for your use at no extra cost. The coach house has a great shower and A/C. The new lakeside bar has two small refrigerators located under the bar for your extra food and beverages.

As I requested when there wed like to have stayed much longer in order to research for potential purchase possibly after first of the year and / or for a few months (ie: November thru March) next year.
The Tiki party was a great treat and gave us the ability to meet many others there too many very nice & welcoming people there

We love this resort. Very easy access from I-75. Nice, large private sites. Lots of amenities. Great location between Naples and Marco Island. The country club of motorcoach resorts.

The breaker for the coach house is on the pedestal, which must stay on at all times.
